Well first to begin with even though the acai power products are 100% natural (made from the acai berries), there are a lot of people who are allergic to berries.  So obviously if you have a history of berry allergies then do not use any of the acai products.  And by berries I mean strawberries, raspberries, blackberries.   Blueberries and cranberries are not considered “true berries” and allergies to these two berries are rare.
